Jamin's 11th B-day Party

Jamin Michael Murphy is turning 11.....his actual birthday is April 22nd, but we had his party the weekend before. He mentioned that he can't wait to get back to the states to have a cookie cake for his birthday, so I tried my best attempt at baking one for him. He is growing up so fast. Why can't time stop for awhile.....

Jamin has graduated to the next sized bike....here is his gift from his Dad.

We had a small party at the house with chili dogs....

And then we went swimming at the pool in our subdivision afterwards. Our family has really enjoyed swimming there in the evenings. The sun bakes it all day, and when we get in it, it feels like a hottub...just without all the bubbles, haha.

I have a video of Jamin blowing out candles, but I will have to try to load it another time. It's long and I doubt Blogger will allow me to load it.

Go-Karts

Every so often, we take the boys to the go-kart track here in Cebu. They really enjoy going at fast speeds.....it's a guy thing, because I, momma, would rather sit on the sidelines and watch them with hands over my eyes as they go as fast as they can! I tried to download a small video of our track, but Blogger is not allowing me. I might try to do this another day, but everyone has seen a go-kart track. It's no different here....just add tropical trees around your idea of a go-kart track:)

We saw this guy hanging on two poles nearby the go-kart track. I don't think you could pay me enough to do that kind of job. I've circled the guy in yellow...

Random Family shots

I've been told by family that I haven't been posting enough pics of the boys, so we took a bunch of pictures in the last two weeks. Most of them are silly, some are cute, and some are just plain strange, haha.

Jesse loves the fact that he is taller than his brother now. Ever since we left the states last August, the boys have both grown about 2 inches each.

This is Ruthie's cousin, Ivy's baby....Zac

We were checking Jamin's height against Ruthie's. Being taller is such a big ordeal with our boys. They can't wait to pat their momma on the head.

Jamin has followed in Robert's footsteps in that he LOVES iced coffee drinks. We don't let him drink this often though.
