We had the opportunity to go as a family to a nearby island, to visit some good friends in Bacolod. Dad went for 'work', and the rest of us went for 'pleasure'. Below are pics of our trip.

While we were visiting friends, we also got together for Robert's birthday at the Moore's house. We filled our tummies with Mrs. Mely's delicious food, as always. We had one of Robert's favorites that she cooks: roast, potatoes, vegetables, rolls, and of course....(drum roll please) Mrs. Mely's Kalamansi Pie!

One thing we like about travelling to Bacolod is that we can hop a 30 min. plane ride to there. It's such a fast trip that the boys never get a chance to play their Nintendoes while in the air. The light never turns off for them to do so. Here is Jess' messing around with the barf bag. He wasn't really sick....he was joking as usual. If the plane ride hadn't been so smooth, then there would have been no way I would have let him joke around. Otherwise there might had been a chain reaction. I love the expression on Robert's face....and of course we got video of it also.
