Going to the Sandbar

We were invited to be a part of Cameron's 13th birthday party. Cameron and his parents have been friends of ours for 5 1/2 years or so. They are missionaries here through Calvary Chapel, and are a blessing to be around. We rode out with them to a sandbar, about an hour from the shore, and had a wonderful time!

When we arrived, the sandbar still had ankle deep water over it. It didn't take long for it to go down though.

I had the camera out in front of us and asked Jamin to give me a good smile, haha. This is what I got!!!! Jesse has been a bad influence on him!

What's a beach trip without starfish? After the kids were getting stung by too many jellyfish by the sandbar, the boat men made us go further out into the ocean. The spot that he chose was so clear, you could see the starfish from the top deck of the boat. The kids all had fun swimming down to get them.





Here's an 8 legged starfish that Aaron found....this was a first for us to see as well!
